Event Details
Xavier University’s Center for Student Leadership and Service would like to inform you about a fun, exciting and FREE enrichment program for students ages 5 – 10. This program is entitled Outreach Day. The objective is to give elementary school children an opportunity to visit a college campus, meet and form bonds with university students, and engage in social, cultural and educational enrichment activities with their peers.
Outreach Day is held once monthly on Saturdays from 10am – 1pm at Xavier University of Louisiana. Outreach Days are tentatively scheduled for February 16, March 16, and April 20 for the remainder of this semester. If you would like your child to participate in this program, please complete the registration process at the top of this page!

Itinerary:
10:00 am- Registration and Sign in (University Center, First Floor)
*parents drop off children. They are not required to stay*
10:15 am-Icebreaker games, pair Little Buddies with Big Buddies
10:30 am- Children participate in the educational activity scheduled
12:00 pm- Lunch is served
12:30 pm- Children participate in recreational games
1:00 pm- Program ends
